HOLOGRAPHIC MATERIALS
Holographic stickers
Hologram sticker is universal, ready to use product, delivered
on sheets or in rolls (for automatic labelling). Each customer
can order a hologram with individual form, size and original
design of holographic image. Hologram numbering is used
if necessary. Hologram stickers can be manufactured using
special materials to provide sealing effect. Temper evident
features of holograms on all surfaces can be achieved using
HoloBack™ technology. Also
holograms can be manufactured using HoloTransmit™
technology.
Holographic hot stamping foil
It is intended for transferring of holographic image on
product surface with standard polygraph technology. It can
be delivered in rolls with custom reeling length and width.
Design of holographic image is individual for each customer.
The image can be designed as continuous periodical picture
or be strictly positioned. To obtain reprint with positioned
image it is necessary to use equipment with registering
system. Holographic hot stamping foil can be adapted to
apply onto various materials and equipment. While using
HoloGrate™ foils flexographical printing machines
(as Arsoma) reach standard printing velocity near 60 m/min
(in tests - up to 80 m/min). A good consistency and edge
distinctness HoloGrate™ foils demonstrate when it
uses flat printing machines (as New Foil) and cylindrical
type machines (as Heidelberg Cylinder, Starfoil). Hot stamping
foil produces using HoloTransmit™ technology too.
Special scratching holographic foil is used for scratch
panels.
Holographic laminates
Holographic transparent film manufactured using HoloTransmit™
technology. Laminates are divided on “cold”
and “hot”, according to product application
peculiarities. “Cold” laminate is a self-gluing
film based on a siliconised paper attached to surface to
be protected without using any devices. “Hot”
laminate is applied using a common pack or rolled laminators.
Laminates can have elements manufactured using HoloBack™
technology to strengthen product protection against counterfeiting
and reuse.
Holographic packaging materials
Polymeric film of various thickness and chemical nature
for various fields of application.
- PVC - films for manufacturing transparent decorative
boxes;
- BOPP films for manufacturing flexible packaging;
- PET films for manufacturing decorative products;
- BOPP films laminated by paper or carton for manufacturing
decorative boxes and present packs.
Holographic scratch-panels
A kind of hot stamping foil made uses special technology
that allows removing holographic image from any surface
by scratching. Such panels are used to protect of covert
one-time use information against counterfeiting.
